  We had always been hesitant with the thought of building a new home, however when we found our dream block of land, we knew we had no other choice but to build our own home. Initially our main concerns with building were trust, quality and price. Would we really be getting what we want and what we are paying for? Are we getting ripped off? Are we getting a quality build that will withstand the test of time?
  
  We were referred to Green Earth Homes from good friends of ours who had their home built by Green Earth Homes. Right from the beginning we felt very comfortable with Nathan & Grace, who were open and transparent throughout the entire process. They always delivered on what they said they would, they were open about costs and timeframes. Green Earth Homes managed all the trades and services to bring our home together for us. We could trust 100% in them at every stage and were very easy to work with. The entire GEH team are very knowledgeable and experienced, and always gave us great advice or direction in specific features we wanted in our home.
  
  GEH finished our home slightly ahead of schedule, which was absolutely fantastic, and we were always advised of any delays in the timeline. They also offered a fixed price contract, so we had no surprises along the way. We could not have been happier working with GEH. For us they excel in communication, trust and integrity, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a custom built home, without any hesitation whatsoever.

  Nathan and Grace came through on so many aspects when building our beautiful new home. Not only are they exceptionally professional, on the ball and totally transparent and honest in their building process from start to finish but they were able to come up with the design which gave us a spacious, solid, and well thought out living plan. They solved the issues of living next to a busy road whilst making sure we take in the views of the Glass House Mountains. From one end of the house to the other, the finish and quality of products used are beautiful, timeless and complement each other so well. Two weeks in and our house feels very much a home. We cannot recommend them highly enough and would gladly explain to anyone considering building a custom home why they should consider building with Green Earth Homes.

  Grace and Nathan (and their staff) at Green Earth Homes did a wonderful job at renovating our home.
  We knew in advance that we would be overseas for a significant period of the build. Grace and Nathan were excellent in coordinating us to preplan as much as possible, prior to us leaving the Sunshine Coast. This was very helpful and saved time and money in the long term.
  Everything about the company was very professional. Not just with the actual physical renovation but even when some occasional and inevitable complications arose. They were accepting of any feedback we provided and always tried to improve their services if they were able.
  Their attitude to our renovation was almost like it was their own home, but always considering our individual style.
  Grace and Nathan's listening skills helped us to create a home that we would personally like. However they also had many suggestions when we needed them.
  They were always professional and responsive to to our emails and phone calls.
  Following the completion of the renovation, their service to fix small defects has been done in a very timely manner and they have dealt with things personally, not just putting us in contact with contractors and letting us deal with the issues.
  We were very impressed by the quality of the finishing by Nathan and all of the contractors he used.
  They were very good at balancing quality, functionality and style, whilst being mindful of our budget.
  We would have no hesitation in recommending people speak to GEH as an option for their build or renovation.
  We would like to personally thank Grace and Nathan for all of their assistance to minimise as much stress as possible through this time.

  We absolutely love our new home constructed by Green Earth homes.
  We chose Green Earth for our build as they conducted themselves very professionally, knowledgeable and were hands on from day one.
  In these uncertain times the build was carried out exactly as it had been discussed with us and with no hidden costs or delays.
  We were regularly kept up to date with the works in progress and any hiccups were quickly resolved by Grace.
  We would highly recommend Green Earth Homes to anyone looking to have building works undertaken.
  Thank you, Nathan, Grace. Le and the rest of the team for a first-class job.

  Green Earth Homes was a great choice for our new custom build in Noosaville. As first timers to building we had no idea what to expect and were told a few horror stories. However, we chose right because dealing with Nathan and Grace was fantastic. The communication, mutual respect, honest and open business dealings we experienced with them made the building journey a pleasure and we didn't lose any sleep! We have lived in our new home now for 9 months and absolutely love it. The quality of the build is second to none as has been pointed out to us by friends who are in various trades. We loved building with GEH and wouldn't hesitate to sign up with them again. Les and Fiona
