  Highly recommend NC. The key attributes that drove my investigation into a facility for a close friend- Privacy, High level Confidentiality, Holistic, and Engagement. NC delivers and all fronts!
  Privacy and Confidentiality - very exclusive with in-house numbers kept to a few, 1:1 treatment/counselling - no group therapy. Great for professionals.
  Holistic - NC approach everything with whole body/mind framework. Nutrition, exercise, meditation. Focus on practical tools that empower you to implement back in the real world.
  Engagement - NC provides 12 months ongoing after care. So important - to assist you applying what you learnt in-house to the real world and offer you the best chance of success and happiness.

  It’s very important to us that Google reviews are authentic reviews by actual clients or loved ones be that positive or critical. One would hope that a review is to benefit the business or inform the general public, and not to maliciously discredit the competition, which is what is happening in this arena. One star reviews from people who have never been clients or connected to clients, and the intention is to Impact search engine optimisation not to actually give the public or the privately owned small business … which is what Noosa confidential is… Not owned by a multinational or an investment company seeking to maximise profits… So please keep this in mind when reading reviews.   I have been working at Noosa Confidential, in the position of Guest Support, since November 2022. To this day, I still continue to pinch myself over how fortunate I am to have the opportunity to support the many individuals who make the wise decision to prioritise their physical and mental health at Noosa Confidential. The wonderful team has soon become like a second family to me, and the residence often feels like my second (albeit much more luxurious) home. Being in my honours year of a bachelor’s in psychology at the University of the Sunshine Coast, I highly value evidence based practice. It is so comforting to me knowing that everyone who is part of the Noosa Confidential team is highly qualified and an expert in their field, employing holistic, leading edge, evidence based health practices to best assist Guests on their journey to recovery. One of the many rewards of being exposed to the program, is the wisdom I am learning and employing to enrich my own health and happiness, and that of my family. I am always so excited to go to the residence to see what delicious foods I will get to savor that day, or the amazing locations in Noosa that I will be privileged to explore and enjoy with Guests. I will be forever grateful to the amazing Pettina, for her confidence in me to be apart of the Noosa Confidential team, and share in her passion and dedication to delivering the best rehabilitation retreat available worldwide! Having the opportunity to watch Guests start their journey of healing from traumas, addictions, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and grief (to name a few), has been soul enriching for me. I recently completed the residential program at NC and from my per-residential contact, throughout my residency and now in the post care program I have been supported all the way, It is truly a wholistic approach encompassing health and well-being in mind, body and spirit.   Dealing with someone who suffers any sort of mental illness or addiction is stressful enough but when you have to find somewhere they can go for treatment is even worse. We initially engaged with banyans for the second time, I was desperate and needed support to help get my husband into treatment asap. All banyans seemed to care about is the money and how desperate I was to get my husband into treatment . As soon as I paid the $70k for two weeks wellness program, i didn’t hear from them. I found NC online… it was so disappointing but I still contacted them anyway. I meet Pettina and explained the situation and the history and she was so happy to take my husband and my family on as a client even after he left treatment at banyans. Pettina put together a great after care program which we have been engaging NC over for 12months now, it’s changed our family’s lives. Not once has banyans checked in or wanted to discuss any after care with my husband or myself. Things I’ve learnt since meeting Pettina and team at NC, their holistic approach has worked for us, it provides the support and when in crisis there are there not just at scheduled appointment at Tuesday at 2pm…we have been longing for this level of care for a long time. It’s not always about money, when you show desperation, NC, took the time to understand us and what will assist us to move forward it wasn’t about how much it was going to cost. Any time you are needing support with addiction most treatment clinics pray on your desperation and money. You pay because, you just want your loved one to get the help they need quickly, We are really happy with NC, they have helped our marriage, our family life and provided the right care to support my husband with his addiction. I would recommend them and thank them for helping us. We will be for ever grateful for meeting pettina and the team. NC always have showed us kindness and support through our darkest times. And truely taking the time to understand us and how best to help us. All the best in choosing the right place for your loved one, NC thank you!!
